Here Is Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s Special Reason For Wanting To Move To Old Trafford

Lazio star player Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been consistently in the news recently due to his links with premier league side Manchester United.

The latest being said about him right now (as made known by Metro) is that the red devils are confident they have a big advantage to sign Sergej due to his interest in playing alongside Nemanja Matic at Old Trafford.

Milinkovic-Savic has been impressive at Lazio this season and has caught the attention of Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho – who is reportedly keen on bringing the player to Manchester to replace Michael Carrick at the end of this term.

Unfortunately, the 23-year-old does not have a release clause in his contract at Lazio and the club have the liberty to determine how things would flow. Not too long ago, Lazio’s chief Claudio Lotito said he won’t be selling the player and even claimed the club turned down an offer worth £61.7m for the Serb last summer.

Of course, Manchester United are not the only club interested in Sergey. The talented star has been linked with the likes of Barcelona, Manchester City and Paris Saint Germain.

However, it was made known that Manchester United are favourites to get his signature due to the player’s desire to link up with his countryman – Nemanja Matic – at Old Trafford.
