Report – Chelsea keen on signing Aaron Ramsey

A new report from North London club, Arsenal have made it known that coach Unai Emery has been unable to convince, Welshman and Gunners midfielder, Aaron Ramsey to stay at the club.

The report disclosed that Aaron Ramsey has refused to extend his contract despite plea from various angles for him to remain at the club.

But it seems, the Welsh midfielder mind is made up and will like to leave Arsenal when his contract lapse in the next summer by then he will be free to leave.

The report added that Arsenal on the other have also taken off the extension from the table.

However, Chelsea are keen on signing the midfielder as they have once again shown interest in Aaron Ramsey.

It is still uncertain why the Blues want to add Aaron Ramsey to their list of already piled-up midfield.

Chelsea are already stockpiled with close to about 7 midfielders and they include Jorginho, Kovacic, Kante, Loftus-Cheek, Fabregas, Barkley and Danny Drinkwater.

On the other hand, the Blues are likely to lose their centre back defender, Gary Cahill, who is likely to leave in the January transfer window.

He has been linked with a return to his former club, Aston Villa.
