Chelsea star Eden Hazard is reportedly in the know of interest from Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid and has been in contact with the side about pushing the transfer through.
The Belgium international forward is thought to be one of a number of attackers in Real’s sights right now, and it is still not clear if they will push harder to make him an absolute priority.
Diario Gol have recently claimed that talks for the Chelsea star to move to the Santiago Bernabeu are progressing, but the update from Don Balon claims otherwise, though Eden Hazard is keen for the transfer to materialize.
Hazard, 26, would fit in pretty well in Real Madrid’s three-man forward, and could be a proper candidate to replace Cristiano Ronaldo on a long-term.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane could make some changes up front, with another claim, also from Don Balon, stating Wales international Gareth Bale could be offered to Chelsea in order to seal the move.
Only time will tell to know how this transfer will eventually pan out, but Stamford Bridge fans may be disturbed to hear the latest reports of Eden Hazard in talks with Real Madrid after former quotes from the forward himself.
One of the Premier League’s best players, Eden Hazard moving to Real Madrid would be a major loss for the league as a whole including for Chelsea.
