French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) will rival Champions League holders Real Madrid for the right to sign Chelsea forward Eden Hazard.
The long-term future of Hazard at Stamford Bridge is in doubt following his refusal to sign a new Chelsea contract despite the fact that he has just 18 months left on his current deal.
Chelsea could be forced to sell the Belgian international star in the summer if he fails to put pen to paper on a new contract.
The Blues have already offered him a new five-year deal worth £300,000 on a weekly basis.
Real Madrid are said to be favourites to sign the 27-year-old but PSG will rival the Los Merengues according to the publication from popular English news outlet Daily Express.
PSG might have a big problem on their hands with the player not keen on a move to the French capital club.
Hazard had earlier ruled out a move to PSG mainly due to his affiliation with fellow French top flight side Lille.
He signed for Chelsea in the summer of 2012 from Lille.
In contrast, Eden Hazard has talked up a dream move to Real Madrid.
He’s seen by Real Madrid as a potential replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo who left the Estadio Santiago Bernebeu in the summer.
