Mid-season transaction period creates much anticipation among fans as they are always on their toes to see who their club are targeting.

Having signed four players prior to the beginning this season, it won’t be surprising should Jurgen Klopp decide not to add more players to his present squad in January.

The Reds are fortified in all positions, hence, there is little probability that Klopp will be pushing for a new addition in January.

Whether Klopp is targeting a new player or not, it is certain the Merseyside club are set to be fully involved in the transfer market.

The Anfield outfits possess many players who have failed to get regular playing time this season and they are more than ready to partway with Klopp in January.

Dejan Lovren, Joel Matip, Nathaniel Clyne, Dominic Solanke and Divock Origi are all bit-part players under Jurgen Klopp since the start of the campaign.

Nathaniel Clyne — a player certain to leave Anfield

After falling out of favour with the German manager, the England international is looking more likely to leave Anfield in January.

However, there are doubts over his future as he is currently getting more and more suitors as the winter transfer period draws closer.

According to reports via Daily Mirror, The English forgotten hero is being tracked by West Ham, Fulham, Crystal Palace, and some of Serie A clubs.

Where is the player’s next destination?

If reports emanating from Anfield are anything to believe, there are four clubs vying for his signature. Crystal Palace, West Ham, Fulham and Bournemouth are all interested in his services

West Ham

The Hammers have blown out and cold so far this season. However, their recent run of results have been impressive and Manuel Pellegrini is hoping to build on their run of form.

The former Manchester City boss is hoping to the Englishman as a replacement for Frederick who is out injured.

Fulham

The Cottagers are rooted down at the bottom of the table and Claudio Ranieri is looking to bring the team out of their unwanted position.

The former Leicester City boss is a man who loves pacy attacking moves from his players. So, He is aiming at completing a swoop for Clyne’s signature in January.

Clyne’s experience will be very helpful to the Italian manager in his fight against relegation.

Crystal Palace

Roy Hodgson is uncertain if he would be able to keep his regular right-back Wan-bissaka beyond January, hence, he has listed the 27-year-old as a replacement.

Clyne once worked with Hodgson during the manager’s spell as the Three Lions boss, working with him at club level won’t be a difficult decision to make.

Bournemouth

Eddie Howe’s men are struggling for form in recent weeks. Their defensive setup hasn’t been impressive of late and the Argentine manager is looking to add the Liverpool’s outcast to his team in January.

Irrespective of the club he eventually joins in January, what matters most is getting regular game-time to enhance the growth of his dwindling career.
