A new report from Italian Seria A has made it known that Napoli football club are planning to rush up a contract extension of their 24-year-old midfielder, Piotr Zielinski.

The report added that the San Paolo side are hoping to extend his contract which is expected to lapse in 2021 by more years.

And Napoli are already in talks with his agents as they hope to conclude it very fast.

Piotr Zielinski has turned out to be one of the best Midfielders in Europe and the Italian club doesn’t want to lose him at the moment having lost Jorginho who went with their former coach, Sarri Maurizio to Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The main reason why Napoli wants to rush the contract extension is because, Liverpool coach, Jurgen Klopp is keen on signing the Piotr Zielinski for the Reds.

Jurgen Klopp has been interested in Piotr Zielinski since his days at Udinese before he moved to Napoli.

At the moment Napoli have fixed Piotr Zielinski release clause at £65 million and they hope to increase it to £150 million should he accept a contract extension – as this will help keep the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea, who are interested in him at bay.
