RB Leipzig star player Naby Keita has emerged as a target for Liverpool this summer and has been heavily linked with joining Juergen Klopp’s side ahead of a busy campaign next season.
But his club does not appear to be ready to let him leave yet, and the Anfield club are not close to securing the player’s signature.
However, in a recent development, the midfielder has dropped a big transfer hint on Instagram that suggests he would welcome a move to join Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.
The German boss has made Keita one of his priority targets and is reportedly set to spend as huge as £50M to get his signature.
However, his club remains adamant that the player isn’t for sale this summer, even though there were speculations from some quarters that they are holding out for a £70M transfer fee for their prize asset.
The player has already admitted that he desires to move to a bigger club, and has named Man City as a potential destination.
He now fuelled rumours surrounding a move to Anfield by ‘liking’ a collage which included a photoshopped picture of himself in the Reds new home shirt.
Perhaps, Keita is already seeing himself as a Liverpool player, and we look forward to what the future holds.
