Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford is undoubtedly a great player and that was seen at the last UEFA Nations League but only little of his abilities are exhibited each time he returns to the club under manager Jose Mourinho.

Sky Sports pundit Stuart Pearce is of the opinion that the Mourinho cannot get the best out of the player as he calls on the national team coach, Gareth Southgate to do the good work on the player.

It is not enough that Rashford has yet to see his best under the Portuguese manager; the player has not been given enough time to prove what he is made off with little playing time at United.

With his 130 first team appearance at Manchester United since February 2016, the English player is having his worst of it under Mourinho with just a goal to his name this campaign.

Pearce who is irritated by the development thinks the player deserves more but can only find it at the national team since it looks difficult at the club level.

The Sky Sports pundit says Rashford is a bunch of talent who can still flourish at the international level as he called on Southgate to create the pathway for the player.

The Pundit seems to have given up o the player at the club level after Mourinho was publicly critical of the player, saying he looks sad on the pitch.
