Man Utd star tells TWO European heavyweights he wants to leave Old Trafford

According to British media reports, Manchester United star Anthony Martial has reportedly told German Champions Bayern Munich and Serie A giants Juventus that he wants to leave the Premier League side.

Mourinho not a big fan of Frenchman

The France international has netted 11 times in all competitions this term but his playing time has reduced under current United boss Jose Mourinho with only 17 starts in the English top flight League.

The attacker has never completely sealed his place in Jose Mourinho’s eleven and the winter transfer window addition of Chile international forward Alexis Sanchez certainly did not help his cause.

Player set to leave

Italian publication Calciomercato suggests that the attacking midfielder is set to leave the Theatre of dreams and has been seeking greener pastures for ‘months’.

The player was signed from French Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco for £38million back in 2016 as one of Europe’s brightest talents. He has been strongly linked with a couple of European heavyweights including Juventus, Bayern Munich, and AC Milan.

Euro giants in contact

The same report suggests that Juventus and Bayern Munich have been contacted by Anthony Martial’s agents a couple of times.

It is believed the Italian powerhouse are leading the race with other reports in Italy disclosing that a bid of about £44m would prise the attacker away from Old Trafford.
