Man United warned against losing forgotten striker

The English Premier League outfit Man United have been warned not to part ways with their forgotten striker James Wilson who is currently on loan with Aberdeen.

James Wilson’s loan deal came to an end with Aberdeen on Sunday and he is expected to return back to the Old Trafford but that might not happen as his contract with Man United expires this season.

There are fears that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will not want to hand a new deal to the star player as he is set to have a total overhaul of the team to bring in new players while James Wilson has now proven that he would be able to fight for a first-team football.

But former defender Clayton Blackmore has warned the Red Devils to hand the star player a new deal because he will be able to deliver success at the club. He noted that James Wilson gave a good account of himself during his loan spell and should be given the opportunity to have that done at the Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, the decision would be left to manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as he has a major role to play in the club’s decision to bring in new players and extend deals.
