Not all players are finding their feet at Stamford Bridge, and many of them are leaving already to try their luck elsewhere.
Right now, there are new reports that another long-forgotten Chelsea player Loic Remy is set to leave, and the blues will let him go cheap during this summer’s transfer window as he does not feature in Antonio Conte‘s plans.
Remy flopped on loan at Crystal Palace last term and was able to play just eight games for Palace without scoring a single goal.
The striker is yet to score a goal since December 2015 and looks so unlikely to have any role in Antonio Conte’s squad next season as the club hope to offload him this summer.
It is understood that there may not be a huge number of suitors for the 30-year-old at the moment, though Marseille are looking for a possible reunion with him.
The Frenchman currently earns £80,000 each week following the deal he agreed with Chelsea back in 2014, and he’s expected to accept a significant pay cut for a move to materialise.
The Sun says the attacker is keen to leave Stamford Bridge after a disappointing three years at the club, playing just 47 games and scoring 12 goals for Chelsea.
Antonio Conte could make a handful of changes up front this summer with Spanish forward Diego Costa looking likely to be on his way out, and Everton’s Romelu Lukaku coming in as his replacement.
