Liverpool are ready to clash with Spartak Moscow on Wednesday for their last group stage game in the Champions League.
Despite currently sitting on the top spot of the Group E, Liverpool are still not through to the final 16, and any mistake on Wednesday night could spoil the mood after full-time.
Both Sevilla and CSKA Moscow are still in the race for the final 16 spot, and we can’t wait to see the outcome of it all.
Liverpool however needs just one point to sail through successfully, but a win at home will make them finish on the top of the group.
Jurgen Klopp’s men shared points with Sevilla last time in the Champions League, but thrashed Brighton 5-1 in the premier league on Saturday, and will be going into the game against the Russian side with full confidence.
The duo of Gomez and Klavan are back to full fitness, and manager Jurgen Klopp is expected to make use of a four-man defence on Wednesday night.
The Russian side on the other hand will also be without the likes of Georgi Tigiev, Artem Timofeev and Jano Ananzide.
Considering the brilliant form of the likes of Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah, Liverpool are expected to earn all three points from the game.
The Merseyside club have scored 16 goals in the Champions League this season so far.
