English Premier League contenders Tottenham central defender and Manchester United long-term target Toby Alderweireld is already in talks with French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain, according to reports from French news outlet Le10 Sport.
According to the report, Toby Alderweireld is holding talks with PSG representative Pini Zahavi and a move could be in place in this winter transfer window.
Man United were heavily linked with Toby Alderweireld in the last summer window but the Red Devils chief failed to sanction the move for the star player which ensured his stay with Liverpool.
However, the Old Trafford side are now set to lose the player as he would be giving his nod to the French Ligue 1 outfit in coming days, should talks go well as expected.
Toby Alderweireld has been superb this season, helping his Tottenham side to be title contenders so far as have managed to be in the first three spots in the league table.
However, suggestions are that Toby Alderweireld will head to France as he would be handed a satisfied deal by PSG which will have him dump the English side.
Meanwhile, United are still in need of quality defenders but they have been able to return to winning ways with the coming of interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
