Italian Serie A champions Juventus are plotting a tempting offer for highly rated Benfica attacker Joao Felix according to widespread reports coming out of the Italian media.

Joao is the most sought-after young player in world football with several clubs keen to secure his signing.

The 19-year-old has been in devastating form for Portuguese giants Benfica this term and his form has led to the interest of major European sides like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Liverpool.

The Reds were said to have had a £61m bid rejected for the young player with Benfica holding out for the £105m release clause in his current deal with the Portuguese giants.

His release clause was increased to that figure after the young talent penned a new contract at Benfica earlier this season.

According to popular Italian media portal Tuttosport, Juventus are planning a player-plus-money deal that would be too good to turn down.

The Italians want to offer half of his release clause as well as two players but it remains to be seen whether Benfica will accept the offer from Juventus.

Joao Felix is said to favor a move to Juventus for the chance to play with his football idol Cristiano Ronaldo who recently moved to Italy as early as last year.
