According to Sky Italia, Juventus want to boost their squad with the free transfer signing of the Welsh midfielder next summer.
The Old Lady had earlier signed German international player Emre Can on a free transfer from Premier League leaders Liverpool earlier this summer.
Aaron Ramsey is on his way out of his club after senior Gunners officials made the decision not to offer him a new contract.
He has six months remaining on his current Arsenal deal.
Ramsey has been a key player for the Gunners since he joined the club in 2008.
The Welsh international player signed for the North Londoners from Welsh side Cardiff City after Arsenal won the race to sign him ahead of rivals Manchester United.
Arsenal were said to have paid around £4.lkdmdf 8m to secure his transfer from the newly promoted Premier League side.
