Italian champions Juventus are the latest club to join the race for highly-rated French defender Jean-Clair Todibo ahead of the upcoming transfer window in January.
Jean-Clair Todibo is almost on the lips of the major European sides following his impressive outings for his club in the new campaign.
He plays his club football with French Ligue 1 outfit Toulouse.
The 18-year-old has sealed a place in the starting lineup after he was drafted in as a replacement for West Ham United centre-back Issa Diop.
Diop was the Toulouse skipper before he swapped France for England.
London club West Ham United were said to have paid around £20m for the 21-year-old centre back.
His Toulouse exit paved the way for the emergence of Jean-Clair Todibo.
The young defender has been in sensational form for Toulouse and that has not gone unnoticed with several European clubs.
According to the report from popular Italian news outlet calciomercato, Juventus are in the running for his signature.
An earlier publication from the Birmingham Mail had claimed that two Premier League sides namely Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers are among 40 clubs interested in the transfer of Jean-Clair Modibo.
He’s almost certain to leave Toulouse in the next transfer window following his refusal to sign a new contract with less than a year left on his current deal at the club.
