North London side Arsenal have been handed a boost in the pursuit of Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele with reports that he has finally told the Catalan side that he is now ready to move away from the club.

Should the player be granted his wish, Arsenal will be in place to secure the signature of the French man as he will now be available in the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.

The North London side are also facing the battle from Liverpool who are also keen to be interested in Dembele’s signature but they are placed at a better advantage with the player knowing that he will only secure more playing time at the Emirates Stadium.

As a way of pushing a move through, Dembele is reported to be putting up some negative behaviour which includes missing out of training without any official permission.

Although, the agent of the World Cup winner is interested in Dembele staying put at the Spanish La Liga with Barcelona having previously refuted the speculations.

But with the latest report, he has officially told the club officials that he will be leaving the club in January when the transfer window reopens and Arsenal have been tipped to be the destination.
