Wales international Gareth Bale has been heavily linked with a move away from the Bernabeu in recent times after emerging as a target for the likes of Manchester United and Bayern Munich. However, it appears he is bound to play at Old Trafford next season.
According to new reports, the talented attackers has told Bayern Munich he is only interested in a move back to England after departing Real Madrid.
Bale helped the Madrid club win their third consecutive Champions League trophy at Kiev some weeks back despite starting the game from the bench.
He publicly told newsmen after the clash that he would ‘seriously consider’ his future at Real Madrid, admitting he isn’t pleased with his lack of regular playing time under former manager Zinedine Zidane.
Gareth’s future at the Bernabeu is not certain and Bayern Munich have identified him as a replacement for Netherlands legend Arjen Robben.
However, the Mirror made it known that the Welshman has told the German club that he planned moving back to the premier league once he departs Real Madrid – which represents a big boost in Manchester United’s attempt to sign him.
The red devils are understood to be at the forefront in the race for his signature and they seem to be ready to splash cash to bring him down to Old Trafford.
