How Solskjaer is no different from Mourinho

Manchester United have had two different managers run this season which allows for a contrast between them both by pundits.

Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho started the season with the Red Devils but failed to win games until he was sacked and replaced by a former Red Devils player Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the interim boss.

Former Man United boss Louis van Gaal is of the opinion that there is no difference between both managers because they all employ the defensive method by parking the bus and not moving out.

According to him, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has only enjoyed good fate because he has been able to win more games than the former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss.

He explained that Jose Mourinho always parked the bus but added the flare of a counter-attack and he was condemned for that. He stressed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also known for this system of play and being praised.

Van Gaal argued that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has not adopted the style employed by legendary manager Alex Ferguson because it is defensive and full of counter-attack.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been tipped to land the job on a permanent deal at the end of the season.
