West London giants Chelsea have been told to let star player Eden Hazard leave the club this summer for a dream move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

This is according to the publication from the stables of popular English media outlet The Sun.

The Blues were told to honour their words for Hazard to join Real Madrid when the transfer window reopens in the summer.

Chelsea were reminded of their promise to the Belgian international by the player and his agents according to the aforementioned publication.

The West Londoners were said to have asked Eden Hazard to give the club one more season before moving to Real Madrid.

The former Lille player obliged the club and he has been in very good form despite the heavy transfer rumours over his head in the media.

Eden Hazard is determined to secure his dream move to Real Madrid.

He has already talked about the possibility of playing for his football idol Zinedine Zidane who was recently reappointed as the Real Madrid manager.

Zidane has not been secretive about his desire to sign Hazard and the Belgian is at the top of the transfer list for the Frenchman.

The French football legend is expected to spearhead the rebuilding job at Real Madrid this summer.
