‘He’s a perfect player’ – Jose Mourinho prepares £30m to sign pacey leftback

Valencia star player Jose Luis Gaya has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent times after emerging as a target for Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United, and we shouldn’t be too surprised seeing him play at Old Trafford next season.

According to reports, the red devils are planning to splash up to £30 Million to prompt Valencia into sending Gaya down to Old Trafford this summer.

Ashley Young was the club’s first-choice left-back last season. And although he remained great at the club, the talented Englishman is getting closer to his retirement age.

Jose Mourinho has made Alex Sandro one of his top targets this summer, but his club are playing hardball over his signature. The Serie A champions have slapped a £50 Million price-tag on the Brazilian international and are making things difficult for Manchester United.

The premier league heavyweights are now turning to other players ahead of the 2018/19 season and have identified Gaya as a player who has all it takes to add more quality to Jose Mourinho’s first-team.

Luis signed a new contract at Valencia some days back, but according to the Daily Mirror, they could still agree to sell the player this summer – especially if they are offered a reasonable amount of money.
