Man City manager Pep Guardiola believes Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur play better than Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.
The sky blue club have been impressive this season so far and are yet to lose a single game in the premier league.
Guardiola’s side extended their lead at the top of the table to 11 points after beating their Manchester neighbors 2-1 at Old Trafford last Sunday.
Man City dominated the Manchester Derby at Old Trafford, to the annoyance of United fans, which lead to both sides clashing in the tunnel after the game.
The Etihad outfit are still in form and have surpassed Arsenal’s record of winning 14 straight premier league games after thrashing Swansea City 4-0 on Wednesday night.
Up next for Pep Guardiola and his men is a crunch clash with Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, and the Spanish boss will hope to extend the run by earning all three points from the game.
And speaking ahead of the game the former Barcelona boss pushed a dig at Manchester United by saying Tottenham and Chelsea play better football on the pitch, as, according to him, ‘they [Chelsea and Tottenham] don’t expect the other ones [but] they want to make their own games’.
Jose Mourinho will lead his men to West Brom for another premier league game this weekend.
