According to reports making the rounds in the British media, Antonio Conte and Chelsea are struggling to agree on a transfer fee with Juventus for Alex Sandro this window.
The Daily Telegraph is suggesting that Chelsea’s move to sign the 26-year-old left back is delaying because of Juventus’ demands.
The same publication report that the Serie A club are requesting a fee of about £60million for the full back, who the Blues also tried to land last summer.
According to reports, that figure is more than the Blues are ready to spend on their long-term target.
The same report claims that Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United, and Manchester City are all potentially keen on signing the defender from the Italian club.
However, Chelsea’s Italian tactician Antonio Conte would be left frustrated if the fullback ended up leaving the Serie A champions and joining one of the Blues’ Premier League rivals.
The Brazilian has netted a goal and provided three assists in 13 Italian Serie A mathes for the Turin giants so far this campaign.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are currently setting set for the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final encounter against Arsenal at on Wednesday at Stamford B ridge.
The London duo played out a 2-2 draw at The Emirates Stadium in the League a week ago.
