Chelsea star player Willian has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent times after emerging as a target for Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.
It appears the talented Brazilian will be playing at Old Trafford next season following reports that the red devils are plotting a transfer offer to bring him down to the Theater of Dreams.
The South American player joined Chelsea back in 2013 and has gone on to play over 220 games for the West Londoners, with 44 goals to his name. He has however been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The Brazil international worked with United manager Jose Mourinho when the Portuguese tactician was still boss at Chelsea and he’s reportedly keen on reuniting with the player at Old Trafford this summer after he failed to get him in January.
The Daily Mail made it known recently that Manchester United are preparing to offer Chelsea £60million for the player’s signature.
Despite his impressive displays, Willian keeps struggling for regular first-team actions this season under manager Antonio Conte and is understood to be set to move away from the club ahead of the 2018/19 season.
While Chelsea fans will miss Willian at the club, he will definitely add lots of quality to Mourinho’s team – which is good news to Manchester United fans.
