According to reports, Manchester United star player Zlatan Ibrahimovic is getting set to return back to first-team action for their upcoming premier league clash with Arsenal at the Emirates.
Zlatan has undergone a superb quick recovery from a knee ligament injury which he sustained back in April, and he is ready to return back to training at the club’s training ground on a daily basis from next month.
Last week, the Swede legend was snapped with club legend Andy Cole at Manchester, and he is getting ready for a surprise comeback anytime soon.
Ibrahimovic picked up the injury during his side’s clash with Anderlecht in their Europa League campaign last season, arousing fears that he won’t be able to play again on the pitch.
The former Barcelona striker, however, defied doctors’ reports with his stunning quick recovery rate, and he is now looking at playing for Manchester United when they clash with Arsenal on the 2nd of December (via the Mirror).
The Old Trafford club signed Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku during the summer transfer window from Everton to replace Zlatan, and the former Chelsea man has been impressive this season so far.
But the return of Ibra will only add more power to Jose Mourinho’s team, and Arsenal should be worried about the prospect of playing against both superb strikers at the Emirates.
