Here Is The Player Klopp Must Sign For Liverpool

While many are expecting Jurgen Klopp to sign a new midfielder to replace Philippe Coutinho at Liverpool, we believe there is no need for that.

Instead of spending lots of money to sign a new midfielder, Liverpool should instead bring in a superb winger to add more power to their attack department.

This season so far, Liverpool have won more matches without Phillipe Coutinho, and the likes of Adam Lallana, Emre Can, Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Wijnaldum, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have all been impressive for Klopp.

Although Emre Can has been linked with a move away from Anfield (as he is yet to sign a new deal with Liverpool), we shouldn’t forget that RB Leipzig’s Keita is coming to Anfield at the end of this season.

But what happens if any of Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah gets injured?

Therefore, Liverpool should prioritise the signing of a superb winger right now who can replace Salah and Mane at any moment.

Sporting CP star player Gelson Martins has been heavily linked with Liverpool, and the youngster will definitely add more power to Klopp’s attack if the Reds can sign him up.

With a release clause of $73.5million, Martins is a versatile player who can effectively play in any of the flanks, and he has the skills to beat defenders. This season so far, he has scored 9 goals and has provided 9 assists to his teammates at Sporting.
