Emery tells players why they must beat Tottenham, aside three points

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has told his players of the need to defeat Tottenham in the London Derby at the weekend.

The game is not just about the three points that would be earned but there is a fight for a top four finish which is keenly contested between two other teams.

However, Gunners’ boss has urged his players that there is no better opportunity of closing the game on Tottenham as the weekend North London derby, knowing that the difference between the two teams will be one point if they win.

The former PSG and Sevilla manager has stated that the players already know how important the game is to them which is the reason why they must approach it with all seriousness to improve on the table.

However, Unai Emery admits that the Saturday game would be very different from other games because of the moments which will get both sides motivated to play better.

Meanwhile, the Gunners noted the need for their team to play the Mauricio Pochettino’s team with respect because they have lost two games and will seek to return to winning ways by putting an extra effort in the game.
