Chelsea have confirmed that attacker Kylian Hazard will join Belgian club Cercle Brugge permanently at the end of the season.
The 23-year-old was initially on loan at Cercle Brugge from Chelsea for this season and the loan move will be made permanent after agreeing on a four-year deal.
Kylian Hazard is the younger brother of Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard and he joined Chelsea from Hungarian side Ujpest in 2017.
The Belgian attacker failed to make a single appearance for the first team at Chelsea before his loan move to Belgium though he was able to make 12 appearances for the u23 team.
He was able to convince Cercle Brugge to sign him permanently after scoring four goals in 21 appearances for the Belgian top-flight side.
Kylian Hazard might not be the only Hazard to leave Chelsea this summer with brother Eden also linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid are said to be keen on signing the Chelsea star when the transfer window reopens this summer as they try to rebuild their squad after a disappointing campaign.
Real Madrid were out of contention for the major trophies as at the start of March and club manager Zinedine Zidane is expected to spearhead a big rebuilding job this summer.
