Chelsea To Offer Contract To Star Player To Keep Him From Man Utd Grip

Chelsea star player Charly Musonda is one of the club’s players who is linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, and it appears the west London club still have lots of plans for him.

According to reports, the premier league champions are ready to re-open contract talks with the 20-year-old once again as rivals Arsenal and Manchester United show an interest in this situation.

Musonda has shone for Chelsea this season after returning from two seasons on loan from Real Betis, and appears to have won Antonio Conte’s trust at Stamford Bridge.

It is understood that Arsenal, Man United and Celtic are among the clubs keeping tabs on the young attacker, as he is regarded as a young star with a bright future.

The blues now hope they can tie the player down to a new deal after previously postponing contract talks at the end of last term, amid growing interest from other sides.

The London Evening Standard made it known that Antonio Conte’s side are now eager to re-open negotiations with the Belgian after his fine start to the new season.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is said to be highly impressed by Charly’s performance when he was given a chance against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup last week.

It is understood that the player has received the assurance that he can be a regular in his club, all in the view of making him keep his attention at Stamford Bridge.
