Merseyside giants Liverpool are reportedly in the transfer market to sign a new goalkeeper and in recent weeks, they have been strongly linked with AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Liverpool want teenager
Two months ago, Corriere Dello Sport claimed in a report that the Reds are set to sign the 19-year-old goalie from the San Siro giants.
According to latest reports provided by the Italian outlet, Gianluigi Donnarumma’s agent, Mino Raiola, has attempted to push for the Italian international goalkeeper’s departure and has proposed a transfer deal to move to Merseyside.
The renowned player’s agent, who also represents top players like France international Pogba and former Sweden star Zlatan Ibrahimovic, knows that the Serie A side must offload the young shot-stopper to balance their financial books and the 7 time European Champions want about €60million for the exceptional teenager as per CdS.
Demands clearly stated
As far as the contract terms are concerned, the Italian publication have stated that the Anfield outfit should pay the entire valuation or come very close to paying €60million net to land the Azzurri starlet.
Last season, the player played in 53 matches across all competitions for the Italian Serie A side, let into the net 55 goals and kept about 21 clean sheets.
