The Daily Express is claiming that the Algerian is interested in a move away from his present club Leicester City this summer window despite having withdrawn his transfer request publicly.
The African was in recent windows a subject of interest from league champions Manchester City but Leicester refused to sell to the Citizens.
As per the same article, despite Riyad Mahrez having publicly withdrawn the request he earlier submitted, the 27-year-old attacking midfielder still favours a transfer to the Emirates Stadium this summer window.
