£120,000-a-week star reveals the secrete behind his Chelsea’s fine form

Chelsea defender David Luiz is of the opinion that new manager Maurizio Sarri is the reason for the good form at the Stamford Bridge this season.

The West London club Chelsea have been firing since the beginning of the season and they are so far unbeaten in the Premier League and in all competitions. This adds to the fine play and rediscovery of individual form.

The Brazilian defender is one of those who have rediscovered their form including Belgium international Eden Hazard, English star Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Last season was a difficult one for the Blues under former manager Antonio Conte as they failed to qualify for the Champions League, the reason why they are playing in the Europa League this season.

Luiz now remains a starter in the Sarri team with his brilliant form after threatening to leave the club earlier as the Italian manager prefers the Brazilian over Andreas Christensen and Gary Cahill.

The Brazilian described the former Napoli boss as a gentleman who knows how to teach football and improve the players in a way that they understand and adapt with ease. According to him, it remains a privilege to play under the manager as well as the squad.
