The La Liga toppers, Barcelona are currently looking for a player to replace an ageing Luiz Suarez.
According to Metro reports, Barcelona are planning to storm English Premier League club, Liverpool once again for the Reds’ center forward, Roberto Firmino.
Luiz Suarez is getting to the twilight of his football career and would likely retire any time soon.
The Uruguay international, who will turn 32 next years has seen his goal tally going down in the last two seasons.
This season has seen Luiz Suarez score just three goals in 11 appearances in all competitions, which is unlike him and a clear pointer that he is getting weak.
Barcelona are trying to sign a replacement before Luiz Suarez decides to finally quit football.
The Spanish club have taken an interest in Roberto Firmino because of his aggressive speed and work rate.
Former Liverpool turned Barcelona star, Filipe Coutinho has also given his recommendation over the signing of the Brazil international.
Barcelona are reportedly planning to lure Firmino the same way they lured Coutinho away from Liverpool, however, the Spanish club will not invade Anfield in January but will wait till the end of the season before carrying out their move.
