Chelsea to loan out 25-year-old striker to West Ham in January

A new report surfaced online about Chelsea loaning out their 25-year-old striker, Alvaro Morata.

The Blues had signed the Spain International to take over from his fellow countryman, Diego Costa but Morata has so far struggled to perform at Chelsea.

Last season under former coach, Antonio Conte, the Italian had given the striker some playing chances only to finally replace him with Olivier Giroud, who did better.

A similar scene is about to play out under new coach Sarri Maurizio, who gave the Spaniard chances to play in 4 of five matches.

But so far this season, Morata has scored just a single goal which is too bad for a striker of his nature.

Sarri had gone ahead to start Olivier Giroud in his place over the weekend match against Cardiff and Giroud was spectacular giving the Blues 2-goal assists.

As it stands, the report disclosed that the Blues are now prepared to loan out Morata to West Ham in January transfer window who are showing interest in him.

Apart from West Ham, the Blues might be open for a deal with Borussia Dortmund, who also showed interest in the last transfer window.

So far Morata has 132 goals to his name throughout his football career.
