Manchester United legend has spoken on the chances of his former teammate and interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in becoming the permanent manager of the club.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was immediately installed in December after former Manager Jose Mourinho was shown the way out for failing to deliver good results.

Since taking over, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has not lost any game and has won all of the seven games he has taken charge of which is something the club have yearned for.

However, United board had stated that they are in search of a new manager with big experience who will take over as the permanent boss at the end of the season but Andy Cole feels the club owners might have a rethink of their stand owing to the performance of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Giving reasons for his stand, he stated that everyone in his camp is happy about the situation at the club and that could have them change their mind to retain Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

However, a number of managers have been linked with the job including former Real Madrid boss, Zinedine Zidane, former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte and Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino but the North London outfit boss has been tipped to be the favourite.
