According to the Daily Star, the Premier League champions have finally agreed on terms to re-sign the Belgian forward from Goodison Park.

He has evolved into one of the best strikers in the Premier League and in the just concluded premier league season, he scored 26 goals and provided seven assists in 39 appearances for Ronald Koeman’s side. He narrowly missed out on the Golden Boot award to Tottenham’s Harry Kane.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is keen on reinforcing his squad ahead of a busy campaign, and The Daily Star claims the player has agreed to make a return back to Chelsea this summer, where he is set to earn £150,000-a-week.
