Would United reject their transfer decision on Inter Milan forward?

English Premier League outfit Man United have made a bold decision to turn down the opportunity to land Inter Milan forward Mauro Icardi in the summer transfer, but it is yet to be known if the decision is a wise one.

The development was disclosed by Italian journalist Gianluca di Marzo who claimed that the Red Devils were given the chance but they turned it down.

However, Man United was in the chase of the star striker some transfer windows ago which he had turned down. It is obvious that they do not have a need for him anymore.

Inter Milan made Mauro Icardi available as they seek to land Belgium international Romelu Lukaku but the proposed swap deal might not fall through.

Romelu Lukaku is keen to leave the Old Trafford this summer transfer window and has already received offers from Inter Milan with claims that manager Antonio Conte is keen to work with him at the San Siro.

The former Chelsea boss has just been confirmed as Inter Milan manager. He has been given the mandate to return the club to it’s glory days as well as compete with Juventus for the Serie A title in the coming season.
