Betting Preview: Watford vs Wolves: Hornets Slight Underdogs

Watford and Wolverhampton Wanderers have been excellent in the Premier League this season and they both have the opportunity to secure a place in the FA Cup final.

Wolves and Watford are in eighth and ninth place on the Premier League table respectively and the two teams will meet in the second semifinal of this year’s FA Cup at the Wembley Stadium for the right to seal a final spot.

Former FA Cup winners Wolves have not won the competition since they reached the finals in 1960 (59 years), while the Hornets have not tasted victory in the FA Cup.

Watford are looking to reach their first final in 35 years (since 1984).

Wolves are slight favourites ahead of their meeting with victory odds of 2.45 according to Surebet247.

The Hornets have winning odds of 2.95 while the possibility of a draw is at the odds of 3.15.

In the other semifinal, Premier League champions Manchester City are overwhelming favourites to secure a final place ahead of Brighton and Hove Albion.

Manchester City are still in the running for four trophies including the FA Cup.

The Citizens have already secured the Carabao Cup title and they are in pole position in the Premier League, Champions League and the FA Cup.
