North London club Arsenal are in shock link to sign Polish Central defender Sebastian Walukiewicz with an attempt to have him join the Emirates Stadium in coming winter transfer window.

It is reported that the Gunners’’ recruitment chief Sven Mislintat has a hand in the North London’s bid for the player having pin-pointed Sebastian Walukiewicz as a player with great quality.

Football.london reports that the Arsenal management are making efforts to have the best young stars across Europe and the mission has brought their encounter with Sebastian Walukiewicz.

Suggestions are that a deal could pull through with Sven Mislintat who joined the North London Club from German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund and has got the history of having to discover talents and convince them into moving.

Sebastian Walukiewicz who currently plays for Pogon Szczecin is one of the best central defenders in the league with his performance already attracting attention across Europe.

However, Arsenal are not alone in the bid for the player with Southampton and Barcelona reported to have noticed Sebastian Walukiewicz as well.

Although he is just 18 years of age, he is tipped to break into the Polish senior national team anytime soon with his impressive performance in the 13 Ekstraklasa appearances he has had this season.
