Unfortunately, Arsenal fans still don’t know who is going to be their manager next season as French boss Arsene Wenger is yet to sign a new deal with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.
And many Arsenal supporters are seriously concerned that their summer could be wasted as their managerial problems get resolved.
But fortunately, it doesn’t seem that is going to be the case as the Daily Mail reported that Arsenal have already got their sights set on one potential target.
The Daily Mail reported that the Gunners are eyeing a summer move for Schalke defender Sead Kolasinac, whose contract would expire at the end of this season.
EPL table leaders Chelsea are reportedly interested in him also, but it would appear as though Arsene Wenger and the management are looking to steal a march on their London rivals.
The 23-year-old left-back would serve as a bit of additional depth on the flanks of the Gunners defence, with both Nacho Monreal and Kieran Gibbs failing to impress so much currently.
We should be expecting the Stamford Bridge club and the Emirates club to lock horns as the summer transfer window approaches. And of course, that would be so interesting.
