Although Man United star player Zlatan Ibrahimovic is recovering rapidly from his hamstring injury, club legend Andrew Cole has made it known that the striker won’t be back to action until 2018.
The former Barcelona man has been out of action since picking up an injury during his side’s Europa League campaign last season, but has stunned United’s medical staff with his fast recovery.
He has been handed a new one-year deal in August and there are talks that he could make a return before the end of November, early enough to face Chelsea.
Andy has been training recently with Zlatan at Man United’s training ground, with the Swedish legend making the resolve to train everyday at the training ground from next month.
And while Cole affirms that Ibrahimovic is recovering well, he admits the former Milan striker is unlikely to return before the end of this year.
Man United will face Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday for their next premier league game before the meeting with Chelsea next month.
And if Ibrahimovic won’t be available for the clash at Stamford Bridge, then it is good news to Chelsea fans.
Man United are yet to lose a single game in the premier league. They are sitting on the second spot of the table, with same points as league leaders Man City.
