Arsenal hit brick wall in pursuit of United star

North London side Arsenal have been told that they will not be able to land English Premier League outfit Manchester United Eric Bailly in this winter transfer window.

The North London outfit have de an attempt to snap up the player who is reported to be unhappy due to lack of playing time and seeking a way out.

With the Arsenal team needing defensive reinforcement, attention was paid to the star defender with offers reported to have beam submitted to the Red Devils.

However, the latest report claims that the United side have rejected the bid from Arsenal as they hope to keep hold of Eric Bailly.

Eric Bailly has started just one game under new interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer which makes him surplus to requirement but that will not mean he would be leaving the Old Trafford.

Following the sack of former manager Jose Mourinho, United gave Ole Gunnar Solskjaer the mandate to return the team back to winning ways and most importantly, ensure a Champions League qualification with a top four finish.

Suggestions are that the former United forward will not have any player leave the team as he hopes to keep the squad together so as to be able to have a formidable team until the end of the season.
