Arsenal fans have demanded for the return of Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas to the club at the end of his current deal at Stamford Bridge.
The 31-year-old has a Chelsea contract that runs until the end of this season and is almost certain that the Blues hierarchy won’t offer the Spaniard a contract extension.
According to the poll from footballfancast, 63% of the Arsenal fans want the Barcelona Academy player to return to the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season.
The Spanish international star made his debut for Arsenal in 2003 at the tender age of 16.
He had earlier joined the Gunners immediately after the 2003 U-17 FIFA World Cup tournament.
Fabregas went on to captain Arsenal before he left the club for Barcelona in 2011.
The 2010 World Cup winner signed for the Catalan giants in a deal reported to be around £30m.
He returned to the Premier League with Chelsea after three seasons in Spain.
The Spanish midfielder signed a five-year contract with Chelsea until the end of the 2018/19 season.
The Blues spent £30m to secure his return to England.
Since his move to Chelsea, Cesc Fabregas has won two FA Cup titles and one FA Cup title for the club.
