The Gunners are among a whole lost of European heavyweights who’ve been linked with the 18-year-old recently with the media speculating several world record offers have been turned down by Monaco.
However, Monaco may find it hard to resist if the latest reports from CalcioMercato are true that the Gunners have submitted a whopping £132m bid for Mbappe and a respected football agent looks to have confirmed the offer has gone in.
Renowned Italian agent Giovanni Branchini who’s represented top footballers like Ronaldo [the Brazilian], Demetrio Albertini and Rui Costa in the past and Italian Publication CalcioMercato say he’s one of the most famous agents in football and a well informed one at that about top transfers across Europe.
The news comes after the Arsenal boss confirmed his interest in bringing Mbappe this summer at his press conference in Australia this morning, but the manager admits he faces stiff competition from several top European clubs.
