Manchester United legend Nemanja Vidic has boldly made a claim on Jose Mourinho’s job as he stated that he wants to be a manager.
Vidic made this statement after seeing his former side lose by 3-1 to their rivals Manchester City on Sunday evening.
The former player, therefore, joins the number of those who have criticized the management style and pattern of play being adopted by the Portuguese manager as he attributes all of these to the reason why he suffered the defeat.
Vidic who spoke in the BeIN studio after the Sunday game stated that the reason why he wants to go into football management is to showcase what he knows that is not seen with the current United team.
He, however, noted that he will not go deep into criticizing manager, noting that he would be in the same position anytime soon but lamented that the team led by the former Chelsea boss is not the Manchester United that he used to know.
Meanwhile, the Serbia international has completed his UEFA A and B coaching role but seems he will have to build his CV with other smaller roles before gaining the trust to be handed a big team as Manchester United.
