Arsenal, United fans all saying the same thing after star player’s horror display

Disappointing display

Chile international forward Alexis Sanchez was hauled off by Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho on Wednesday evening after a horrible display for the Red Devils’s in the UEFA Champions League, much to the excitement of watching Arsenal supporters.

The South American has struggled to make an impact at the club since making his high profile move from the North London club in winter transfer window.

The former Arsenal and Barcelona forward has found the back of the net only once and didn’t seem like adding to his goal tally when Manchester United took on La Liga side Sevilla in the Champions League first leg last 16 clash.

Poor display

The attacker failed to even shoot on goal before being pulled out by Portuguese tactician Jose Mourinho in the second half and substituted by England international forward Marcus Rashford.

The substitution actually sparked a lacklustre Manchester United into life towards the end of the match, although the Red Devil’s couldn’t find the net as they had to settle for a goalless draw.

Fans of the North London club watching the UEFA Champions League clash were quick to bear there mind on Alexis Sanchez’s performance on the night – as seen everywhere on Twitter.

I would have brought in Martial, moved Sanchez to the middle behind Lukaku

Lukaku obviously needs support. Take out McTomtom replace him with Martial and allow Sanchez drift into the middle behind Lukaku. #MUFC
