Five-time European champions Liverpool have confirmed that midfielder Allan Rodrigues de Souza has left the club on loan for the rest of the season.
The 21-year-old returns to Brazil on a short-term loan deal.
He has joined Brazilian Serie A club Fluminense on loan till the summer in what would be his sixth loan spell.
Allan spent the first half of the season at German Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt but didn’t make much impact.
The Brazilian midfielder made just four appearances for Frankfurt before he returned to Liverpool.
The young midfielder had loan spells at SJK, Saint-Truiden, Hertha Berlin, Apollon Limassol and Eintracht Frankfurt before the latest move to Fluminense.
Allan became a Liverpool player in 2015 when he joined from Brazilian side Internacional.
He was not able to get into the Liverpool midfield upon his return from Eintracht Frankfurt earlier this season.
The Reds midfield has come under a lot of criticisms in recent games but it was back to its functional best in their last game against Bournemouth.
Liverpool kept up their title hopes in the Premier League with a 3-0 win over Bournemouth at home with the likes of Sadio Mane, Giorginio Wijnaldum and Mohamed Salah getting on the scoresheet.
