France international midfielder Paul Pogba has come under attack by Man United fans for declaring his interest to join Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid to play under coach Zinedine Zidane.

The former Juventus star has long been linked with a move away from the Old Trafford, especially at the start of the season because of his rift with former manager Jose Mourinho. His new and happy life at the club under interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was expected to lay all speculations to rest but that did not happen.

Red Devils fans are not happy that the dust was raised by Paul Pogba himself but they have been told by veteran Journalist Duncan Castles not to worry because they do not know the intention of the World Cup winner.

According to the journalist, Paul Pogba could have made such claim as a tactic to secure a new and improved offer at the club and not necessarily to leave.

Although, he noted that a move for Paul Pogba in the summer window will suit him and his agent because of the financial benefit, but noted that no one can be sure of the player’s intention.

He, therefore, stressed that Paul Pogba could be unaffordable for Real Madrid because of his price tag which the La Liga side might not be ready for.
