Coach Unai Emery confirms he is solidly behind Germany international but he must learn to accept criticisms

Arsenal FC 29-year-old midfielder, Mesut Ozil has been at the receiving end of huge criticism from his home country, Germany.

This comes after Germany unexpectedly crashed out of the 2018 World Cup tournament hosted by Russia.

Fans were so bitter about the loss that many had fingered Ozil as the main reason behind their loss.

In other to escape the criticism, Mesut Ozil had gone ahead to retire from international football but this had only added fuel to the fire.

The criticism grew to another stage with the discrimination and disrespectful comments growing.

Report disclosed the main reason behind this criticism was after Ozil was spotted taking pictures with Turkish President, Recep Erdogan.

Despite the criticism he gets from Germans, some of his teammates like Jerome Boateng has come to his defense but the likes of Toni Kroos and Thomas Muller have refused to say a thing about what they think.

Well, Arsenal coach, Unai Emery has also come to the defense of his midfielder as he disclosed that the Arsenal family were behind him.

But he stressed that the 29-year-old player must learn to accept criticisms.
