Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko is a major transfer target for West Bromwich Albion following a difficult first campaign in north London, as per The Sun.
Spurs signed the France international midfielder for £30m from Newcastle United last summer but he struggled to perform at the club last season, and The Sun claims he could now be sold for £20m.
Tony Pulis is keen on bringing the 27-year-old to West Brom, as he looks to strengthen his midfield following the transfer of Darren Fletcher to rival Stoke City this summer transfer window.
According to The Sun, Pulis believes the Tottenham man could restart his career at the Hawthorns with regular first team actions in the midfield or on the right-hand side.
The 27-year-old would have hoped to be a regular starter, following his mega-money transfer from Newcastle, but it didn’t prove to be so, as he often play second fiddle to the likes of Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Son Heung-Min in the Spurs team.
Even though he played 34 matches in all competitions, failing to register a goal and providing three assists, the majority of those matches came off the bench, and he played just 901 minutes of Premier League football across 25 games.
